Inclusion Coffee (IC) Shop is a small and dedicated coffee shop in Elmer, NJ. IC came to life shortly after the owner Amanda's son, Rome was born with Down Syndrome. Amanda and her family are passionate in spreading awareness for inclusion and the beauty of Down Syndrome.

IC offers employment and volunteer opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our menu features a variety of specialty coffees and teas, made by our expert baristas. We also offer delicious sandwiches and pastries, all made with fresh ingredients. Our mission is to create a welcoming place where everyone that visits feels valued and respected. 

At Inclusion Coffee Shop, we believe in creating a space where everyone feels included and valued. Our team is made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, who all play a huge part in running the shop. We could not do it without them! We are committed to ensuring that every visit to our coffee shop is a memorable one.
