At Inclusion Coffee Shop, every cup tells a story — one of love, purpose, and the beauty of being different. Inspired by our son Rome, who has Down syndrome, the owner and founder, Amanda created this space to honor his journey and the lessons he teaches us every day: that everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and included. Our mission is to serve great coffee while creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities — offering not just a place to work, but a place to belong. We teach life and social skills all while spreading awareness in the beauty of being different. At Inclusion, we believe that diversity makes us stronger, and that inclusion isn’t just a word — it’s the heart of everything we do.
